Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, research interfaces, APIs, software tools, and associated applications (collectively, the "Services") provided by Elykid Systems ("Elykid", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Services.

2. Permitted Use & Restrictions

Our Services are designed to showcase our research, foundational model engineering, and synthetic media architectures. When interacting with any of our Services, you agree not to:

• Engage in reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the underlying source code, model weights, or architectures of Elykid's neural models.
• Use the Services or output data to train, fine-tune, or validate competing machine learning models, neural networks, or synthetic media pipelines.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any safety filters, content classifiers, rate limits, or security guardrails implemented across our interfaces.
• Deploy autonomous agents, scrapers, or scripts to systematically harvest data or generate synthetic media at an abusive scale without explicit API authorization.
• Use our generation tools to synthesize deceptive media, impersonate real individuals without consent (biometric manipulation), or generate deepfakes designed to mislead.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Our IP: All code, design tokens, graphics, interactive visual elements, proprietary model weights, software, and brand assets (including the name "Elykid", "Hi-Influence", and associated logos) are the exclusive intellectual property of Elykid Systems or its licensors.

Output Content: Unless otherwise specified in a commercial agreement, the rights to synthetic content, outputs, or spatial assets generated through our public research demos are retained by Elykid. Commercial licensing is available upon request for enterprise integrations.

4. User Inputs & Feedback

You retain ownership of any text prompts, assets, or feedback you submit to the Services ("Inputs"). By submitting Inputs, you grant Elykid a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, and process the Inputs to maintain the Services, debug rendering pipelines, and enhance model reliability (consistent with our Privacy Policy).

5. Disclaimers & Probabilistic Output

Our foundational models and synthetic media engines generate content probabilistically. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Outputs may contain inaccuracies, temporal inconsistencies, structural artifacts, or representation drift.
• We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely accurate. The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
• You assume full responsibility for your reliance on any synthetic output or information retrieved from our platforms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Elykid Systems, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or system downtime) arising out of or in connection with your access or inability to access our Services or generated media.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Elykid Systems is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Termination & Modification

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to our research integrity. We may update these Terms at any time; your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
